Code of Conduct

Our Ethics & Compliance framework is founded on applicable Saudi laws and regulations, supported by recognized international standards and good business practices. It provides a clear framework for responsible decision-making and establishes the conduct expected from everyone representing Taāzur.

All Taāzur employees, executives and representatives are expected to comply with our Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption requirements, and Conflict of Interest requirements, while demonstrating Taāzur’s values through their everyday actions. Integrity, accountability, professional responsibility, respect and teamwork must be reflected not only in our policies, but in the way we work.

These principles extend beyond Taāzur. We expect our suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, technology partners, manpower providers, agents and other parties working for or on behalf of Taāzur to maintain equivalent standards of ethical conduct and to comply with the relevant requirements of our policies and Supplier Code of Conduct.

Our policies expressly prohibit bribery, corruption, improper solicitation, undisclosed conflicts of interest, fraud and other unethical or unlawful conduct, whether committed by Taāzur personnel or by third parties acting for or on our behalf.

Taāzur promotes an open and responsible speak-up culture in which employees and business partners are encouraged to raise genuine concerns without fear of retaliation. Every person associated with Taāzur shares responsibility for protecting our integrity, reputation and the trust placed in us by our clients and stakeholders.
